Situated in La Boquilla, a 10 minute drive from the famous colonial walled city of Cartagena, this apartment provides a large bedroom with an incorporated private living area, an open-space living, dining and kitchen area, and a modern fully equipped bathroom - all completely air conditioned. But perhaps the most appreciated part of this apartment rental in Cartagena is the almost 30 square meter (322 square feet) terrace; perfect for evening dining whilst watching the sunset or for getting a total tan - yes nobody can see you out there on the terrace. The apartment comes complete with ceiling fans, TV, air-conditioning, DVD player, stereo system, refrigerator, coffee maker and beachtoys for the children. You also have the availability of a walled parking space.

The Caribbean Ocean of Cartagena is just steps away from the apartment, and the coastline in La Boquilla is dotted with traditional restaurants which offer some of the best freshest fish you'll ever have the chance to taste, probably the cheapest too, but here cheap doesn't mean poor quality. La Boquilla is perfect for eco-tourism, too. Here is is possible to rent a boat for a memorable trip of the mangroves and the famed "tunnel of love" also great for birdwatching. For the more adventureous, if you like getting up early, we can arrange a night out with the local fishermen. Ourselves, we enjoy jogging on the more than 10 km of sandy beach, but then again everybody has their own preference. A US$ 50.00 deposit of the entire stay is required to make your reservation. Bablance paid upon arrivial at the location.
Any cancellatons between 1 and 30 days before arrival date will forfeit 50% of the initial deposit. Any cancellations prior to 31 days before arrival date will forfeit 10% of rental amount.

Please note:  We try to upkeep a healthy family style apartment and therefore we have a policy of no external guests allowed. If this is a potential problem for you we ask you to understand our wishes and look for alternative lodgings.
